Turnbow-Higgs American Legion Post 240 is pleased to have partnered with Wreaths across America and is the host group at Stephenville's West End Cemetery. Join us in sponsoring wreaths at the final resting place of the many veterans who have served our community. With the help of the Daughters of the Confederancy, and Stephenville's Cemetery Staff and crews, over 300 plots have been identified. You can learn more and participate by viewing our site.
While not sponsored by our Post, we are please to recognize the efforts at Stephenville's Mt Olive Cemetery.
If we can succeed in getting enough sponsorship for the West End Cemetery, then we will look to expand and start hosting events at the East End Memorial Cemetery.
